As relayed by The Peoples Person<\/a> yesterday, Old Trafford officials are reported to have made “contact” with the Frenchman’s representatives to gauge his interest in a move.<\/p>\n Florian Plettenberg contends United are “very interested” in signing Tel as the club seeks to buttress a forward line which has struggled in front of goal this season.<\/p>\n While the form of Erik ten Hag’s forwards has dramatically improved in recent months, United are likely to target a new right-winger and striker this summer.<\/p>\n Anthony Martial is expected to depart Old Trafford when his contract expires at the end of the season, freeing up space for a replacement.<\/p>\n Rasmus Hojlund has been in red hot form in recent weeks and the club are thought to be very happy with the Dane’s development this season.
